1. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on ZTA 2024¬-1004, a zoning text amendment request by Jesse Reynolds with Menlove Construction to add Commercial Storage Facilities as a conditional use in the M-1 Zone (Manufacturing) and to add development standards for Commercial Storage Facilities to Section 11-13-20 of the Clearfield City Code. 2. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on ZTA 2024-1102, a zoning text amendment request by Clearfield City to amend Section 11-4-6 of Clearfield City Code to require only a public meeting instead of a public hearing by the Planning Commission for a conditional use permit extension request. Staff: Brad McIlrath, Senior Planner (Legislative Matter).
