Pole Canyon Basic Local District Notice and Agenda December 4 2024 6 PM 1650 Stagecoach Run Eagle Mountain Utah 84005 1. Call to Order 2. Public Comment 3. PUBLIC HEARING to take public comment on the PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT tax on a $467,000 residence would increase from $5.14 to $205.70, which is $200.56 per year. - The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT tax on a $467,000 business would increase from $9.34 to $373.79, which is $364.45 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3,902.01% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC Hearing to take public comment on the proposed Amended 2024 Budget Amentment. 4. Consider Budget Resolution 2024-09 Budget 2025. 5. Adjourn. The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and services for all those in need of assistance.
