- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On December 10, 2024, at 7:15 p.m. the Howell Town Council will hold a public hearing at the Howell Community Center for the purpose of adopting Ordinance 2024-01 amending Howell Town's subdivision ordinance Chapter 16. All interested residents are invited to attend.
