Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered:
Resolution 24-26: Adopting the Nibley City Active Transportation Plan
Ordinance 24-16: Amending NCC 19.24.160, 19.24.260, 19.12.040, 19.32.080, 19.24.250; Parking requirements, including amendments to minimum parking spaces with new development, establishing minimum bicycle parking, and allowing for alternative parking plan
When: December 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.
