Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for November 19, 2024 3. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Public Hearing - Zoning Amendment: Request by Jacob Briggs for a rezone at approximately 2550 W 700 S, from R-1 to A-1 on approximately 5.26 acres. 5. Public Hearing - Zoning Amendment: Request by Jonathan Galbraith for a rezone at approximately 2695 W 1700 S, from R-1 to PO on approximately 1.41 acres. 6. Public Hearing - Zoning Amendment: Request by Jacob Jones for a rezone at approximately 1185 S 3000 W, from A-1 to R-2 on approximately 0.705 acres 7. Discussion/Motion - Annual Meeting Schedule: Adoption of the Planning Commission meeting schedule for 2025. 8.
