- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spring Lake Incorporation - Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing will be held by the sponsors of the Spring Lake Incorporation on: Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Located at: David & Michelle Charles 4249 W 12000 S Spring Lake, Utah 84651 The hearing is in regard to the incorporation of a new municipality and to determine the initial terms of the five-member municipal council form of government. Any resident in the Spring Lake incorporation area is invited to attend and is entitled to be heard.
