NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for an amendment to the Divario development agreement for the purpose of allowing disturbance of 'unimproved open space' on the southern end of PA-2. This will allow for installation of a sewer main for the Divario Development and channelization of the existing Gap Canyon Wash. This project is located south of the existing southern terminus of Gap Canyon Parkway at the southern boundary of PA-2 in the Divario Development. The applicant is SG 730, LLC and the representative is Mark Teepen. The request will be known as the Divario Development Agreement Amendment. Case No. 2024-DA-001.
