- ASH CREEK SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE OR AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND PREPARE NEW IMPACT FEE ANALYSES Pursuant to Section 11-36a-501 of the Utah Code, Ash Creek Special Service District intends to prepare new or amend its existing impact fee facilities plans and prepare new impact fee analyses. The work will include the possible adoption of new or amended impact fee facilities plans and new impact fee analyses and new impact fees for wastewater collection and treatment facilities. The impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analyses will include the entire boundaries of the Ash Creek Special Service District. If any plans or impact fees will be adopted or revised, a separate public hearing notice will be published.
