Where to purchase them? The Town does not know, recommended looking online. Foundation needs to be there. Recommended him to look at codes. Make sure you don't take off the home too soon before replacing it, won't be grandfathered. 7. Daryl Kirk Garage/shed on acreage down past railroad tracks south. Not Present 8. Jacob Proebstel, wanting to put garage/shed on property. Not Present 9. Deciding on the amount of a quorum for planning and zoning. Town has to have 3 to vote, P&Z is 4. Commission thinks there needs to be 4 be the quorum with 3 be the majority vote. Currently the Commission is 4, the Town Council needs to be the same. 10. Town Council report from September meeting. Steve will beat the Council meeting on Thursday 11. Subdivision Code-Daniel from Sunrise contacted the town with a grant Sunrise received to go to small towns and present code that needs to be passed before end of year. Discrepancies in the papers given to study, code says 10 lots, ours says 5, So we don't have to do review cycles. Once developer submits paperwork the town has to abide by rules of this new code. 10 lots or less would be simpler. Requires a lot of time communicating with the town. Will have a pre application meeting. Conditional use permits. Certain parts we cant change. Does there need to be a public hearing on the final plat hearing? Would like to have a public hearing. Some typos in the packet. Will there be a checklist? Yes We will set the fees. Recently set impact fees for sewer and water. There will be inspection fees Filing fees. Water is $3747, sewer will be $2765, also we can set fees. Possible hiring/contract out. Possible fee plus 10%. Does not apply to Annexation. Stockton would have time to get this together before developer comes in. Mother in law homes?? Subdividing?? That has its own laws. Caretaker dwelling?? 12 months, does day one start the day of application? Yes. What would benefit having a different time frame for large scale? Few things need clarified. Will have Daniel review and get back with us. 12. Council reports and assignments. Trunk or treat on the 26th., Steve going to town council Close Open closed meeting Open Regular meeting 13.
