PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Title XV: Land Usage, Chapter 156 Zoning, Section 156.358 Keeping of Residential Chickens, to include the keeping of fowl, include the R-1-6 residential zoning district and in the Central Business District limited to single-family dwelling units which have a separate legal lor or parcel of record, expand the minimum allowable number of fowl for lot size, and modify permitting requirements. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
