ANNUAL INCREASE OF RETAIL AND WHOLESALE WATER SERVICE RATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Bear River Water Conservancy District (the 'District') intends to propose an annual 3% increase in retail and wholesale water rates for a (5) year period, beginning January 1, 2025 through January 1, 2029. The District will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the District office, located at 102 W Forest, Brigham City, UT 84302, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed annual 3% rate increase and to explain the reasons for the proposed annual 3% increase of retail and wholesale water rates. All persons interested and present at the public hearing noticed above will be given an opportunity to be heard. Dated this 26th day of November 2024
