- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING In accordance with Title 17B, Utah Code annotated, 1953 as amended, the governing authority of the Springville Irrigation District will hold its annual public meeting on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 6:30 pm in the Springville City multi-use room, 110 S. Main, Springville. The hearing for the 2025 budget will be held, the annual report will be given, as well as other business discussed. Calvin V. Crandall, Chairman Springville Irrigation District
