NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2025 BUDGET
In accordance with Utah Code17B-1-609 the Bear River Water Conservancy District gives notice it
will hold a public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM December 11, 2024 at the District O ice, 102 West
Forest Street in Brigham City, to receive comments regarding the tentative budget for the fiscal year
beginning January 1, 2025, prior to its final adoption. Copies of the tentative budget are on file at the
o ice of the Bear River Water Conservancy and are available for public inspection.
