Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF 2025 BUDGET ADDOPTION AND PROPOSED RATE INCREASE ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on December 27TH, 2024, for Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office, located at 609 West Main, Vernal Utah. This public Hearing will be for the purpose of approving and adopting the 2025 budget. In this budget there is a proposed rate increase of .56 to the residential sewer rate, .84 for commercial sewer rates and .35 for overage on commercial rates. There is a proposed .50 water service rate increase. The public is encouraged to attend this meeting. The 2025 tentative budget is available for inspection at the District Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Nora Garcia District Clerk
