NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Levan Town Planning Commission of will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 4th at 6:30 pm at the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan UT 84639 for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to the Town's Land Management and Development Code.
The Town is proposing various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.
