INVITATION TO BID City of North Salt Lake 10 E Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 Sealed bids for construction of the 'Foxboro Open Space Elevated Trails and Habitat Enhancements - Project No. 16-011' will be received by the City of North Salt Lake at the City Hall Building, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 until 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 19, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above-described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: installation of elevated boardwalks with helical pier supports, irrigation system, and plantings; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by BioWest. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the City's website at www.nslcity.org. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the North Salt Lake Public Works Building, 642 North 400 West, North Salt Lake, Utah. Questions may be directed to engineering@nslcity.org. Notice of Posting: I, the duly appointed City Recorder for the City of North Salt Lake, certify that copies of the Invitation to Bid for Foxboro Open Space Elevated Trails and Habitat Enhancements - Project No. 16-011 scheduled for bid opening on December 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. were posted on the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, City's Website: https://www.nslcity.org, and at City Hall: 10 E.
