- Notice of Boulder Town Council Public Hearing Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Thursday December 5, 2024, (Regular meeting starts at 6:00 PM.) The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: Ordinance 2024-B Zoning (draft 112124)- In the process of reviewing and rewriting the Boulder Town Chapter 152: Subdivision Code, the Planning Commission noted that some revisions were needed in Chapter 153: Zoning Code. The Commission drafted and reviewed Ordinance 2024-B including Zoning Code Changes required to eliminate inconsistencies with the new Subdivision Code. Building and Construction Regulations, Ordinance 2024-C (draft 11-19-24)- Boulder Town is adopting changes in its Subdivision Code to comply with State mandated changes; and is adopting changes in its Zoning Code based on changes in the Subdivision Code. Such changes in the Subdivision Code and Zoning Code have resulted in a need to make changes in the Boulder Town Building Regulations, Construction Code. The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection.
