The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5,

approximately 1379 N. Warm Springs Rd.
c) Proposed conditional use permit for Stephen Richardson to own and operate Richardson's Tires, a tire
repair and replacement business, on 0.44 acre at 148 S. West St. in the RM-7 zone.
d) Proposed conditional use permit for Kaidon Elmer to own and operate Elmer Automotive LLC, a
general automotive repair and maintenance business, on 0.32 acre at 23 W. Clark St. in the RM-7 zone.
e) Proposed conditional use permit for AGX Automotive to own and operate an automobile wholesale

Unit Development (PUD) including modifications to Chapter 2, 3.6, 4.5, 4.12, 6.15, 8.9, 9.3, 9.5, 14.6,
