COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WOHALI PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Consider combined board meeting for Wohali Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the Wohali Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2 board meeting held on October 24, 2024.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last board meeting.
D. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budgets adopted on October 24, 2024, which are proposed to be adopted as the final budgets for calendar year 2025 for Wohali Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2.
E. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2024-02: A resolution adopting final budgets for calendar year 2025 for Wohali Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2.
2. Consider approval of engagement for auditor for 2024 audit of Wohali Public Infrastructure District No. 1.
3. Consider approval of renewal of CLA engagement and authorize the Chair to sign the Statement of Work.
4. Consider approval of renewal of York Howell engagement and authorize the Chair to sign the engagement letter.
5. Consider adoption of annual board meeting calendar for 2025.
6. Consider approval and/or ratification of the proposal/engagement agreement from the Connextion Group for engineering cost certification services, and authorizing the Chair to sign.
F. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
