- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Roy City Corporation will be holding a public hearing to amend its FY 2025 budget. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input and obtaining Council approval for the changes. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in person, or watch the discussion on the YouTube live stream at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6zdmDzxdOSW6veb2XpzCNA .
