Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing: Discussion/action on Concept Plan for Residential Development Agreement with David Weekly Homes for property at 2800 West 1150 South. a. Close Public Meeting and open Public Hearing by Consensus. b. Staff Presentation. c. Public Comments. d. Close Public Hearing and re-open Public Meeting by Consensus. 4. Joint Meeting with City Council on Concept Plan for Residential Development Agreement with David Weekly Homes for property at 2800 West 1150 South. Chair Syme conducting. 5. Commission and staff follow-up. 6. Adjourn.
