BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-28, 24-29, 24-30, 24-31, and 24-32 Notice is hereby given that on November 21, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-28, 24-29, 24-30, 24-31, and 24-32. Ordinance 24-28 amends Brigham City Code Chapters 155, Subdivisions, and 156, Zoning, to include new regulations for secondary irrigation water and definition for water entitlements. Ordinance 24-29 amends Brigham City Zoning Map from A-5 Agricultural to M-G General Industrial for property located at approximately 800 North Water Lane. Ordinance 24-30 expands the corporate limits of Brigham City by annexation of property located at the northeast corner of the 500 West and 1500 North intersection. Ordinance 24-31 amends Brigham City Zoning Map in association with an annexation petition to assign an A-1 Agricultural District for property located at the northeast corner of the 500 West and 1500 North intersection. Ordinance 24-32 amends Brigham City General Plan Land Use Map in association with an annexation petition from low density residential to rural residential for property located at the northeast corner of the 500 West and 1500 North intersection to allow for the continual agricultural use of the property long term. Ordinances 24-28, 24-29, 24-31, 24-32 shall take effect upon posting and publication on November 25, 2024. Ordinance 24-30 shall take effect upon adoption.
