MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2024 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of business license applications: Handsome Barber, 640 North 2075 West #1. 4. Public Hearing: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - First Public Hearing. 5. Discussion/action on Capital Investments Plan. 6. Discussion on budgeting and financial planning. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance repealing PEG Development Agreement and Ordinance. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Storm Water Regulations for state compliance. 9. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax. 10. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Storm Water Interlocal Agreement with Ogden. 11. Officer reports and legislative oversight. a. Breakfast with Santa. b. Community Awards/Christmas Party. 12. Closed Executive Session: Strategy for the sale or purchase of Real Property. 13. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies the agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 14, 2024.
