HONEYVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE CITY'S LAND USE CODE, SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSING LAND MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS & BOARD OF APPEALS. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Honeyville City Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the Honeyville City Hall located at 2635 W. 6980 N. Honeyville, UT. The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment on the proposed various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements. Along with comments on proposed changes to the appeals authority. This Public Meeting will be held IN-PERSON at Honeyville City Hall.
