Description/Agenda: Bluff's Planning and Zoning Commission has noticed this public hearing concerning adoption of an ordinance regulating recreational vehicles within Bluff's municipal limits and an ordinance updating the subdivision regulations to meet state standards. The purpose of the public hearing is to solicit input from the residents and property owners of the town of Bluff. Members of the Bluff Town Council will be in attendance and may offer opinions or suggestions as a council member. Members of the Bluff Town Council may also offer public comment on the proposed ordinances in their individual role as a resident and property owner.
