- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to the District's electronic meeting policy from the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah. It is expected, however, that most members of the Board of Trustees will be participating in person. The board meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. The purpose of the hearing is TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING (A) THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT MORE THAN $2,700,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2025, (THE 'BONDS') AND (B) ANY POTENTIAL ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT THE PROJECT DESCRIBED HEREIN TO BE FINANCED WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE BONDS ISSUED UNDER THE ACT MAY HAVE ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR; AND RELATED MATTERS. The Agenda for the Public Hearing consists of the following: A. Describe the Project and its need, cost, and effect on water rates. B. Input from interested parties (3 minutes each) C. Approval to proceed with the Bond
