LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'HOLMES TO ADAMS
SECONDARY WATER TRUNK LINE, PROJECT 24-03'. The project includes the installation of 2,100
linear feet of secondary water line and associated items.
ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $1,100,000.00
The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through
www.questcdn.com until 3:00 p.m. local time on Friday, December 6, 2024, at which time all bids will be
virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.

http://www.laytoncity.org/LC/City/Bids. Documents may be viewed online until prequalification
requirements are met after which the documents may be downloaded for $42.00. Please contact Layton

Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the questcdn.com website, under
the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the City prior to December 2, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City
approval, contractors will be granted access to VirtuBid. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until
they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders
based upon similar project experience. Contractor's Qualification Statements shall be emailed to
dhyatt@laytoncity.org or received in writing by 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024 in the Layton City Public
Works Engineering Office located at 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton UT 84041.
