Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Chapter 155 Subdivisions, to address the 2024 Utah State Legislature mandates regarding submission of subdivision improvement plans, clarification on review cycles for subdivision improvement plans, certain provisions relating to phasing and development agreements, and limitation of a substantial review outside the review cycle. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
