Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6.
