Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendments: - Title 15 Amendments: Proposals to amend the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use including an amendment to the City's fencing requirements within the I-1 Light Industrial Zone, an amendment to allow for indoor pickleball courts as a permitted use in the I-1 Light Industrial Zone and other changes to various portions of the Code. Zone Change: - Blunck Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-R to I-1 to allow for the development of industrial office buildings at 999 West 3800 North. - Roots Coffee Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the zoning from C-O to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay to allow for the development of a drive-thru coffee shop at 90 West Center Street. - Rush Funplex Zone Change: This proposal involves a changing the zoning from R-R to C-2 to allow for the development of an indoor, family entertainment and recreation use at 521and 391South 1550 West. - Mellor Subdivision Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from A-E to R-1-12 with the Master Planned Development Overlay that would allow for 13 single-family lots to be developed at 2350 East 400 North. Construction Standards Revisions (24.02) - A public hearing will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on amendments being made to the City's Construction Standards. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
