SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #3
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT AND 2025 FINAL BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to Utah Code § 17B-1-609 that the Board of Trustees for Summit County Service Area #3 will hold two consecutive public hearings on December 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. to receive public comment on: (1) a proposed amendment to the Service Area's 2024 budget; and (2) the Service Area's proposed budget for 2025. The meeting will be held at the Mountain Life Church at 7375 Silver Creek Rd, Park City, Utah 84098.
The Board will consider the adoption of the budget amendment and the proposed budget after taking comments from the public during the hearings. The public is also invited to review and inspect the proposed amendment and proposed budget at https://www.summitcounty.org/733/Service-Area-3 which will be posted after December 2, 2024.
You may also obtain copies of the proposed budget amendment and budget and submit written comments prior to the public hearing by contacting the Service Area's general manager at gm@scsa3.org and (435) 500-6276. Individuals needing special accommodations (including ancillary communicative aids and services) during this public hearing should contact Mr. O'Brien three days before the public hearing.
