- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Piute County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Subdivision Ordinance Amendments DATE: Tuesday, December 10, 2024 TIME: 10:00 AM LOCATION: Piute County Courthouse, 550 North Main, Junction, UT 84740 The proposed Subdivision Ordinance amendments are to comply with the requirements set forth in SB 174 from the 2023 legislative session and HB 476 from the 2024 legislative session. The proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments include minor technical changes to update the 2-year-old ordinance. The public hearing will be held during the Piute County Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the County Commission Chambers, Piute County Courthouse, 550 North Main, Junction, UT 84740.
