Description/Agenda: The following ordinance was adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on March 19, 2024. ORD. 24-22 - Ordinance amending the Land Development Code Chapter 17.62 'Definitions' to modify the definition of Behavioral and Mental Health Receiving Center to include a provision for supportive housing on a Behavioral and Mental Health Receiving Center Campus (BMHRC). This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
