Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, UT 84095 City of South Jordan Notice of Ordinance Adoption - Ordinance 2024-24 On November 19, 2024, the South Jordan City Council approved ORDINANCE 2024-24, AMENDING SECTION 16.30.040 (OUTDOOR LANDSCAPING STANDARDS) OF THE SOUTH JORDAN CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROHIBIT LAWN OUTSIDE OF ACTIVE RECREATION AREAS IN ALL COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT COMMON AREA LANDSCAPES. APPROVED 11-19-2024 BY 5-0 VOTE. The complete ordinance is on file at the South Jordan City Recorder's Office and attached to this notice. Published this 20th day of November, 2024.
