The applicant, Otto Dubon, is requesting a conditional use permit for a high-impact home occupation to provide inflatable bouncy house and party d cor rentals. The property is located at approximately 1739 North 250 West.

2. 915 West Gordon Avenue - REZONE
The applicant, Scott Chatwin, representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is requesting to rezone a portion of the property from R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to C-H (Planned Highway Commercial). The property is located at approximately 915 West Gordon Avenue.
