Description/Agenda: Sealed bids for the construction of the 5100 South 2700 West Sound Wall Project will be received by Taylorsville City at the office of the City Engineer at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd. until 2:00 p.m. local time on December 10, 2024, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of construction of a precast concrete sound wall on the east side of 2700 West, including removal of existing fences, grading, connections of existing fences to the new wall, landscape restoration, traffic control, and all associated work items. Prospective bidders may download the bidding documents from the city website at taylorsvilleut.gov.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Taylorsville will make reasonable accommodations for participation in this event. Requests for accommodations may be made to the City Recorder's office at least three business days in advance by calling 801-955-2006.
