Approval of next Year's 2025 Meeting Schedule: 4. Technical Committee Report: 5. Discussion and Possible Approval: a. Approval to have the 138-kV breaker's tested at Dry Creek. Received quote from AES. Testing of (5) 138 kV breakers for $13,482.00. b. Approval for AES to add Transformer Oil in the #1 Transformer at Sp. Fork RMP Substation for and estimated cost of $7,500. c. Pre-approval from Board of hiring a contractor to remove home and trees at the Bamberger Switch rack. We will be getting bids this month. 6. Other Business: Discussion on canceling December's Board Meeting Proposed Canyon Rd. to Taylor project Names & Logos 7. Members discussion on any issues: 8. Closed Session (as needed): Litigation / Personnel / Real Property 9. Next Meeting will be Dec. 19, 2024 (not last Thursday) or Jan. 30, 2025 at 6:30 a.m. at the Salem City Power Dept. Conference Room, Salem, Utah.
