Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Caleb Rees to present the financial audit for the FY 2024 Attachments: Financial Audit Report Approval of Minutes for October 16th and October 30th, 2024 Attachments: October 16th Minutes Draft October 30th Draft Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 34,364.85 Nielsen Nielsen Law: $ 3,450.00 Bankcard Center: $ 1,381.84 Franson Civil Engineers: $ 1,830.00 John Cowan: $ 3,600.00 Mountainland Assn of Governments: $ 1,052.00 M & R Equipment: $ 1,064.89 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 3,537.19 Santaquin City: $ 16,203.58 Utah State Treasurer: $ 2,245.35 Approval of Work Orders None Commission & Staff Reports Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Planning Commission Report Attachments: CAD Stats Police Report October 2024 Interviews and discussions with those who submitted letters of interest for the vacant town council member position to be filled until the next municipal election. Jerimiah Allen and Eric Hazelet have brought in their letters of interest. Clerk Thomas will swear in the newly appointed council member. Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each person will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. New Business Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to approve from the Planning Commission on the Fowers Subdivision Plat A a proposed 3 lot subdivision owned by the Fowers Family Trust located at approximately 400 S Main Street Parcel #29.034.0110 Attachments: Fowers Subdivision Plat Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to approve from the planning commission for the Rustic Roots Subdivision a proposed 3 lot subdivision owned by Gary and Lynell Fusselman located at approximately 206 N Main Street Parcel #29.030.0071 Attachments: Rustic Roots Subdivision Plat Discussion and possible action on our website host TownWeb. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2024-08 a fee schedule amendment. Attachments: Fee Schedule Discussion and possible action on a recommendation to approve the proposed amendment to the subdivision ordinance to be in compliance with updated state code. Attachments: Subdivision Review Process (preliminary) Subdivision Review Process (final) Preliminary Application Final Application Genola Subdivision Ordinance (final) Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2024-09 appointing a representative for the Mt. Nebo Water Agency. Discussion and possible action in looking for a new code enforcement officer.
