6:05 P.M. 2. Legislative Items and Recommendations for City Council.
a. General Plan Amendment. Consideration of a proposed amendment that was
tabled to allow the Planning Commission additional time to review the Sensitive
Lands Study, following a public hearing that was held on November 7, 2024.
This amendment to the General Plan is for 30.6 acres of land located at
approximately 540 West 4300 North, from Rural Residential 5 to Rural
Residential 2.
