- San Juan Spanish Valley Special Service District is soliciting a 'Request For Proposals' from interested parties for Utah Water and Waste Water Operator Services for the water and sewer service district. Interested parties must provide a Certifications for Utah Water Operator Distribution, Utah Waste Water Collections and hold a Cross Connection Control Certificate along with a business plan to ensure that all criteria from the list of 'Duties' may be effectively achieved. Contracts will be good for 3 years. Incomplete Bids will be rejected. The list of 'Duties' can be requested by sending an email to spanishvalleywater@gmail.com or calling (435)459-4121 to arrange the mechanism of delivery.
