NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT
The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT tax on a $467,000 residence would increase from $5.14 to $205.70, which is $200.56 per year.
- The POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT tax on a $467,000 business would increase from $9.34 to $373.79, which is $364.45 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, POLE CANYON BASIC LOCAL DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3,902.01% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
