MORGAN CITY ORDINANCE 24-13
Morgan City adopted the following Ordinance during the regular City Council Meeting
On November 12, 2024.
Ordinance 24-13 amending Title 1, Chapter 1.15 of the Morgan City Code by amending fees in the Consolidated Fee Schedule for garbage service to include a new residential recycling program
and increase the commercial fee per can.
This ordinance shall become effective June 1, 2025 or as soon as all recycling cans are delivered to residents in Morgan City
