- Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 20th day of November 2024. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Pledge. 4. Approval of minutes from meetings on October 16, 2024. 5. Discussion and possible approval of Setbacks and Building Permit for 19 D Street by Pete Garcia. 6. Discussion and possible approval of Business License and Conditional Use Permit for DZ Technology LLC. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.net. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 18th day of November 2024 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
