2. Elect Chair for remainder term of 2024.
3. Approval of previous meeting minutes.
4. Citizens' comments.
5. Welcome newest member of the planning commission, Talon Gadd.
6. Consider set back adjustment for parcel 1-M3A-160 submitted by Walter Bryce.
7. Consider Land Use Zone and family food production.
8. Other Business.
9. Adjournment.
