Approval of the minutes:
Item No. 1 Approval of the Minutes: The Providence City Council will consider for approval the minutes of October 16th, 2024. (MINUTES)

Presentations/Public Hearings:
Item No. 2 Audit Presentation & Review: Auditors from Aycock, Miles, & Associates CPA's will present to the City Council their findings and recommendations per their audit. The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on approving the City's annual audit review.
Item No. 3 PCC 6-2-8(1) Amendment Public Hearing: The Providence City Council will hold a public hearing to take comments and questions regarding a request to amend Providence City Code 6-2-8(1) regarding winter parking hours for Commercial Districts.

Item No. 5 Ordinance 22-2024 Rezone of Parcel 02-090-0022: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on an ordinance that rezones parcel 02-090-0022. Parcel is located in the area of 425 S Hwy 165 here in Providence. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding this rezone on October 23rd. (ANALYSIS) & (ORDIN. 22-2024)
