i. 8 meetings annually (we take July, August, December, and March off). Committee requirements-must attend 5 of the 8 meetings. Of those 5 meetings, 4 must be attended in person
IV. Continuing Business -10
a. Updates on POSTT 2024 Projects
i. Bike Depot - County Parks and Rec x POSTT recap
ii. 300 South Trail Alignment - POSTT Supports Alignment on the North side of 300 S - will go in front of the Council on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
V. New POSTT Items
a. Potential Projects per Heber City - 10 ea.
i. Bike trail signage- similar to way-finding signs, but for the City's trail system. Need branding for the signage, location, messaging, maps, etc.
ii. City Square: Roger Brooks unveiled the master plan for the Main City Park. POSTT to become involved in finalizing the plans and the Council's adoption.
iii. Shade Structures: The City has had requests for the installation of shade structures at Wasatch Vista Park. Additionally, area residents have requested additional kid's amenities, such as
swing seats. Assistance on the shade design and additional amenities.
iv. Coyote Springs Park will be under construction in early spring '25. It should be a three-to-four-month build. Plans for a ribbon-cutting event.
