Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m., held at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (Items not on agenda - No action will be taken on items discussed at this time.) (1) Review minutes of October 17, 2024 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business and follow-up of previous meeting. (3) Discussion and review of November 2024 bills, for approval. (4) Items for board discussion and/or consideration for approval. (a) 2024 Annual Fraud Assessment Review. (b) Board Member annual training and certification review. (c) Review billing adjustments from previous month, for approval. (5) 2025 Tentative Budget. (a) Discussion/Review of 2025 Tentative Budget. (b) Closed Session - if needed - (Possible closed meeting to discuss budget.) (c) Discussion of changes to Tentative Budget, if any & motion to Adopt 2025 Tentative Budget. (d) Motion to Set Public Hearing to consider 2024 Budget Adjustments and Adopt 2025 Budget. (Public Hearing - December 12, 2024 @ 6:00 pm / regular meeting begins at 5:30 pm) 6) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report. - Leaks. (b) Ongoing Projects. - BEACON Installs. - Well Landscaping. - Cedar Cove Pump Station. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: October/2024. - Treasurer Review Bank Statements for previous month. (d) Employee/Personnel Issues. (e) Public Relations. (7) Possible Closed Meeting. (If needed.) (a) Closed discussion if needed. (Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, or Personnel Issues) (8) Other Items: (a) Board meeting scheduled for December 12, 2024 at 5:30 pm.
