The Garland City Council adopted ORDINANCE, O-24-09, amending Title 10 of the Garland City Subdivision Code to comply with state-mandated revisions outlined in SB174 to the administration and processing of Preliminary and Final Plats on November 6, 2024. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
