- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting Wednesday December 4, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider a resolution adopting a 5.1% increase rate schedule for curbside garbage collection and curbside green waste for Wellsville City.
