PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Mount
Ogden Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-3 (the 'Districts'), will hold a joint meeting of
the Boards on Monday, November 18, 2024, commencing at 1:00 p.m., at 3925 E.
Snowbasin Road Huntsville, Utah 84317 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board
shall proceed according to the following agenda.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Administer Oaths of Office to Jim Hill and Adam Suess.
C. Consider election of officers.
D. Review and consider approval of December 18, 2023 Minutes (enclosure).
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year
2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same (enclosure).
III. OTHER BUSINESS
